Nope. Activation Lock is intended as a theft deterrent. It’s deliberately not easy to bypass. You need that password, or you need the original purchase receipt showing the serial number, or similar paperwork. Nobody here can help, and—without sufficient proof of ownership—Apple won’t help. Without the password or without proof, this iPhone is effectively indistinguishable from a lost or stolen device. And won’t be useful.
