I can't open some downloaded apps due to restrictions. and most downloaded app don't appear in neither home screen nor app library

i am unable to open apps like ibis paint and Gmail which i have downloaded and updated. whenever i try to open it in app store, they will say its unable to open due to restrictions. also, I couldn't find these apps in nether home screen nor app library nor setting>general>ipad storage. how do I solve this problem?

The notification is explicit in stating that your have Restrictions enabled - which must be turned-off. Assuming that your iPad is not centrally managed, or has parental controls/restrictions enabled:


Settings > ScreenTime > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Content & Privacy Restrictions - set to OFF


Obsolete versions of iOS will have a slightly different path to the Restrictions settings. If my recollection serves correctly:

Settings > Restrictions > …
