Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Can’t download apps

Every time I try to download an app it keeps switching between me having to enter my password then enter my billing details. Once I do that it comes up saying I haven’t filled out the whole form but I have so I end up not being able to down load any apps.

You need to -> Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit / update your Apple ID details.

https://appleid.apple.com

Check:

  • verify your payment information.
  • your billing address.


All your information must be correct in your Apple ID account page.
