My old phone (11 pro) keeps increasing the time frame for the back up to be complete. I’m slightly panicking as I have the first 2 1/2 years of my child’s life in photos on that phone! It now says “1 day remaining”

The time to perform an iCloud backup will be dependent upon several factors including the size of the backup that needs to be created as well as the speed of your current internet connection. If possible, connect to a strong Wi-Fi network and stay connected until the process ends per How to back up your iPhone or iPad with iCloud.
