Recover Numbers file that got deleted when I deleted and reinstalled the app.

I’ve been recently saving my spreadsheets to the On My iPhone folder as I work remotely and most times have bad mobile reception, making it impossible for files to load.

The Numbers app started crashing whenever I tried to modify cells in my sending/expenses spreadsheet today, so I deleted and reinstalled the app, which also deleted all the Numbers files saved to my iPhone.

Nothing is in the recently deleted folder and the only files on my iCloud are the ones that were saved and uploaded to there.

Is there a way to recover my lost, On My iPhone files, or is everything gone forever?

It sounds like you may have lost some files that were stored on your iPhone, and you want to know if they can be recovered. We can help.

When it comes to files that were exclusively on your device, there are some possible options. The first option is if you have a backup available that includes the missing files. If you do, you can Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup.

If you don't have a backup, and the files were deleted recently, you might be able to locate them in your recently Deleted folder, and if they are there you can recover them for 30 days from when they were deleted.
