I am unable to add Costco Signature Visa to Apple Pay via iPhone Wallet. I use iPhone 12 with iOS 16.1.1. I see that same issue was reported back in 2018 by many with no resolution. I was on the phone with Citi bank mobile and fraud support for a long time and they couldn't find any failures at their end. It is amazing that after 4 years, we are still having the same issue. What am I doing wrong ?
