How do I check the charged level of my beats flex buds?

I know a white light means at least one hour remaining, but these can be good for a lot more than one hour, right? How do I know how fully charged they are? Tx!

Hi Agent Judy,

The Set up and use your Beats Flex earphones after service resource you're posting from has the best information about checking battery status on the Beats Flex. Specifically this information here:

"When your earphones are turned on and set up, the LED indicator light on the power button shows how much listening time is left:

  • White: more than an hour left
  • Red: less than an hour left
  • Blinking red: needs to charge"

If you're running a more recent iOS version you may be able to get more insight on the battery of your Beats there. Here's how to add a battery widget to your Home Screen:

"Add a Batteries widget to your Home Screen

  1. Touch and hold the Home Screen background until the apps begin to jiggle.
  2. Tap the Add Widget button at the top of the screen, then scroll down and tap Batteries.
  3. Swipe left and right through the widgets to view the size options.
  4. The different sizes show different information.
  5. When you see the size you want, tap Add Widget, then tap Done."

We hope this helps.

Take care.
