Since it does not appear in the support document you posted from, it can be assumed that Tigo does not support eSIM in Honduras.
Contact Tigo and ask them if they do or don't to be completely sure. Otherwise, you will need to wait until the iPhone 14 is released there to buy one that is compatible with local carriers.
