Is there a FCP plugin to remove spots?

I'm wondering if there is any plugin which works in a similar way as the heal brush in Photos or Photoshop. That is, if I have dirt or a scratch on a single frame, I want to use a brush to wipe it out in one move.

I know there is a way to do that by copying the layer and making a mask, but it's time consuming, especially if you have many instances to fix, so hoping there is a plugin which might help make this a lot easier and so thought I would ask if anyone knows. Thanks.
