I have icloud id, I create for my daugher (teenager).... looong time ago.. Is possible that I can recover that ID.. is which I use in all my emails....
When I try to recovered with the password that I remember.. send me a code to a phone is not longer active. I don't know what else I can do...

You can look into adding more ways to get a code such as multiple telephone numbers where you can receive a text or a phone call. The document Check your Apple ID device list to find where you're signed in - Apple Support tells you how to do this.
If you had set up an Account Recovery Contact ( Set up an account recovery contact - Apple Support ) you can get a code that way.
If you can’t sign in, access a trusted device, reset your password, or receive verification codes, you can request account recovery to regain access to your account. See if you can recover the ID/password. An iCloud e-mail address is an Apple ID. Use every email address you can think of.

You can check to see if you're signed in to the App Store, FaceTime, or Messages on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac, or check to see if you're signed in to iTunes for Windows on a PC. You can also go to iCloud.com or appleid.apple.com and see if your Apple ID prefills on the sign-in screen. Your Apple ID might be included in some emails from Apple. Search your inbox for receipts as well as repair, support, or billing emails from Apple.

If you have 2 Factor Authentication enabled, if you can't recover the password using the steps above, you will need to use Account Recovery. The Internet is very different now from what it was 13 years ago, in particular as regards to security. An Apple ID can mean thousands of dollars in investment in purchases and Apple has frequently changed its security measures to meet these demands. Unfortunately people do not keep track of such things until it is too late.
I try all of that! 13 years ago you just create the ID with telephone number in use, date of bird and address… that’s all..
