Hello BigFader,

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. If you're looking to specifically use the Fitness app on your iPhone, you can track daily activities for move, active calories and steps. There's not a specific workout for using bike rides alone on an iPhone. Here's more information:

Track daily activity in Fitness on iPhone
You can use the Fitness app  to track your daily activity, set a move goal, see your progress, and see your movement trends over time—even if you don’t have an Apple Watch.

Note: If you own an Apple Watch, see Track daily activity with Apple Watch in the Apple Watch User Guide.
The Fitness Summary screen, showing the Activity, Workouts, and Mindfulness areas on the screen. The Summary, Apple Fitness+, and Sharing tabs are at the bottom of the screen.

Details are available through the iPhone User Guide through this link here: Track daily activity in Fitness on iPhone - Apple Support

Now if you use an Apple Watch, there's workout for Cycling that's available. This is an option that you may want to consider. Here's additional details:

Cycling
Choose Indoor Cycle for activities like taking a spin class or riding a stationary bike. Choose Outdoor Cycle for riding a bicycle outside.

Depending on your Apple Watch, you might need to bring your iPhone with you to track certain metrics:

∙ Speed and distance: Apple Watch Series 2 or later has built-in GPS to track these metrics and provide a map of your outdoor cycle in the workout summary on your iPhone. For Apple Watch Series 1 or earlier, bring your iPhone along to track your speed and distance.

∙ Elevation: Apple Watch Series 3 or later has a built-in altimeter to track this metric. For Apple Watch Series 2 or earlier, bring your iPhone along to track your elevation.

This information is outlined here: Workout types on Apple Watch - Apple Support

Kind regards.
