Back camera and torch not working after downloading IOS 16.1.2

After downloading IOS 16.1.2, my back camera and torch do not work anymore. Tried Reboot and Reset. Please advise?

I don’t think it’s the hardware. The front camera works it only the back camera does not work. The torch light and the back camera worked alright before I download IOS 16.1.2.
