Apple.com vs Apple Com

I am finding duplicate transactions when checking my bank account. These charges are usually on the same day and for the same amount. I have seen others post on here with the same issue and the response is always a link to check your Apple.com/bill.

My concern is not with the transaction listed as, “APPLE.COM/BILL 866-712-7753”. My issue is the duplicate charge that says, “APPLE COM BILL CUPERTINO CA”.

Does anyone know what this is or how to get these charges removed? I have checked my Apple.com transactions, and again, I am not disputing those. It is the duplicate charge from APPLE (no dot) COM that is usually debit on the same day and for the same amount.

Any help would be appreciated.

The concern to me is not the dot but the phone number. Its presence usually indicates this is a charge from someone who illegally gained access to your card number. If that is the case, only your card issuer can remedy the situation.

When this happened to us, America Express had the charges identified as fraudulent, canceled the debt, and issued my wife a new card number—all within 24 hours.
