Notability upgrade to 11.0

I have version 10.6 and cannot upgrade to 11.0. Have tried app updates but not listed as having an available update. Paid for version through Apple. None of the recommendations work. Any suggestions?

iPad Pro, 12.9-inch, 6th Gen, Wi-Fi

Go on App Store, tap on your profile on the top right, pull down so the updates page refreshes and check if there is an update. If none show, then try searching the app and opening its page to see if there is an update available.
