I mistakenly thought I had uninstalled a application, called telegram, now I am unable to reinstall it on my iPad, 7th Gen, It shows up in the applications available list, but I cannot install or reinstall. Telegram Messenger for iPad

Yes, I can find the app, I select the app, and nothing happens. I want to know is there a way I can remove all remnants of the telegram application on the iPad so I can reinstall a clean telegram install
Did you check, if you can find the app in the App Library on your iPad?
