iTunes upload errors

I use Apple Music/iTunes every day. In my studio, I bounce WAV files to mp3s and upload them

in iTunes 12.12.6.1, Windows 10. Every time I add more than one song to the library, one will fail to upload with an error. I have to delete it and repeat. Then it will work. Does this happen to everyone? It’s annoying. Doesn’t happen on my Mac.

Windows, Windows 10

Not something I've tested in particular lately. Mostly I'm adding content from the Apple Music catalog to my cloud library rather than local uploads. Do you have any third party anti-virus software, and if so try excluding the iTunes folder (and the media folder if not a subfolder of it) from real-time scanning feature. Those can sometimes disrupt iTunes.

What are the exact steps you use to add the files to the iTunes library? Drag & drop, by way of the Automatically Add to iTunes folder, or is Wavelab Pro adding them? If you select the files in error can you right-click and use Add to library force them through? It may help to create a value for album, and track numbers if you're not already using them.

Thanks for the reply. I seem to be suffering from this problem: https://www.tenorshare.com/icloud-tips/how-to-fix-icloud-error-in-itunes-match-that-can-t-add-new-songs-to-the-icloud.html. The only "error" I see is in Cloud status (see pic). I then have to delete the file and upload it again. The songs I upload are all original. They are MP3 files created in Wavelab Pro. The metadata is added during the creation of the file. If I add 5 files to iTunes on Windows, it will simply reject 3 of them. I have to add one, then wait; add another; and wait - it's frustrating. This doesn't happen on the Mac. I'm not running any anti-virus at all on the PC. It's a DAW and I don't run anything non-audio. The reason I'm asking is because I pay hundreds of dollars a year to Apple for iTunes Match and Apple Music (family) I want to find out how common this problem is, before I log it as a bug. I have run the connection doctor etc on iTunes for PC. There is no problem with Cloud access. This seems to be an issue where iTunes on Windows cannot handle the queries it runs on multiple files.
