Text won’t delete, no txt notification sounds now

Ok so I have a text from a company that has been sending me too many texts. So I replied stop and they have stopped. I deleted the text and then noticed there was still a text from them, but it’s at the top of my texts as tho it was new (it’s from 5/17/23). Now all new texts coming in show up under this text and I don’t get any text notification sounds. Badge notifications are working. This subscription text will not delete. I have tried everything and it will not go away. Yes I have restarted the phone. Any ideas?
