Hello issa,


This document has some suggestion as to what to do if you have problems activating iMessage.


If you can’t turn on or sign in to iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support

- Note the sections at the bottom about "Still not activated...?" and "Get more help."


Sometimes it helps to have the devices involved take a fresh look at settings:

- Try signing out of accounts and back in again.

- Restarting is a simple step that can resolve many unexpected behaviors.
