Is there a way to create a report from all of the health data my Apple Health app is gathering? I want to share my progress with my doctor.
Also, with such a large focus on digital health tools how is there no "Apple Health app" topic to choose here?

Assuming “here” means the Apple Support Communities, there typically is not a topic for a software product. Topics tend to align with hardware and/or operating systems.
