I’m trying to set up my voicemail message on Apple iPhone 14, and keep getting this message. I have contacted my carrier, Verizon, and my voicemail is set up with them. How to proceed?

I’m trying to set up my voicemail message on Apple iPhone 14, and keep getting this message. I have contacted my carrier, Verizon, and my voicemail is set up with them. How to proceed?

Call Verizon back. Voicemail, including Visual VoiceMail, is a carrier feature. Verizon will have to fix it on their end. Escalate the call until you get hold of someone with a clue.
