What model of Apple TV do you have exactly? click here ➡️ Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support

If you have a 3rd generation or earlier Apple TV, HBO Max is no longer suported there and cannot be added.

If you have a 4th generation or later Apple TV, you can download it from the App Store App. click here ➡️ Download apps on your Apple TV - Apple Support
