Keyboard won’t show all the numbers when I try to add my payment method in the appstore.
I have tried restarting my phone and flipping my phone to landscape.

Try this -> Tap with your three fingers on the screen and slide the screen until you can tap Settings and further.
Go to Settings -> Accessibility -> Zoom -> turn it Off.
If Zoom is Off, try to do a force restart -> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support (UK)
