I ordered the new iPhone through my credit card points and after 5 weeks I still haven’t received my phone

They are in very short supply worldwide. You may want to check with whoever you ordered it from to see if they have any information on expected delivery.

If you bought it from Apple, consult with them directly. If you bought it from someone one else, contact them.
