Hello HildaBrant,
To help us get a better understanding of the issue, we’d like to ask a few questions.
1. When did this issue begin?
2. Were any changes made to your device before this began? If so, what changes were made?
Please also check out the information on the following page to ensure the correct process is being used to access emoji that you've recently used, so we can make sure that's not part of the issue: Use emoji on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Add an emoji
Find the emoji keyboard in any app that uses the standard keyboard, like Mail or Messages. To add an emoji:
1. Tap the text field, then tap the Emoji button
or the globe
.
2. Tap the gray icons at the bottom of the keyboard to switch emoji themes, or swipe left or right to view more. Tap the clock
to see emoji that you've recently used. You can also search for the emoji you want to add in the "Search Emoji" field.
3. To change the skin tone of certain emoji, touch and hold an emoji.
4. Tap an emoji to add it to your text field.
Thanks!
