I have 2 iPhones on my account. When I put in my passwords it added them on the other phone also. When I deleted them they deleted off my phone also. How do I delete the password off the other phone without deleting on my phone.

Are you sharing the same Apple ID? You should each have your own Apple ID.

We're going to assume you are referring to passcodes used to unlock your iPhone and not a password used for your Apple ID or some software.
Setting a passcode on one device should not cause it to be applied to the other device unless you synced over the settings from one to another during a data transfer. Follow those steps to adjust the passcode on the devices as you wish them to be.

Thank you but no not the passcode. I am asking for passwords that are for websites and passwords. I purchased 2 new iPhones and all of my websites and passwords have also loaded on the 2nd phone that is my husbands. When I notice they were also on his phone I deleted them off his phone they also deleted off mine. I thought I had turned off all buttons to not share on both phone but still had this issue.
