Fitness App

I just upgraded to an IPhone 14 and it came with three months of Fitness for free. I played one video and now all of them… including the one I just played… say unknown error cannot play video at this time. Did anyone else encounter this? If so, how did you fix it?

Hello SonjaW76,

Please be sure to check out the following link to ensure the requirements to use Apple Fitness+ have been met, and that the correct process is being used to access the content, so we can make sure that's not part of the issue: How to use Apple Fitness+

About Apple Fitness+

Apple Fitness+ is a subscription service that gives you access to trainer-guided workout videos on your compatible iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV. Apple Fitness+ supports 11 workout types, including: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Yoga, Core, Pilates, Strength, Treadmill (Walk or Run), Cycling, Rowing, Dance, and Mindful Cooldown. Video and audio Meditations are also offered as part of the service.

You can start Apple Fitness+ workouts from your iPhone or your Apple Watch. Stay motivated with onscreen guidance like trainer coaching and timers. If you use an Apple Watch, your personal metrics, like heart rate and calories burned, appear while you work out.

To get started

• Make sure that you have a compatible Apple Watch or iPhone updated to the latest software.
• If you haven't already, subscribe to Apple Fitness+.
