I updated my phone last week to iOS 16.1.2. Ever since the update, my messages are delayed in some cases up to 8 minutes. I never had that problem prior to the update. I have reset network settings twice, turned off then back on SMS, Messenger, and cellular. I have erased all contents and settings then restored from a backup. Nothing has worked. Any help would be appreciated.

Many users who have updated to iOS 16 and above must have a similar issue if the issues stated by you are due to the iOS.

No, it only happens to messages... everything else works fine.
