Hi razorback,

Yes, but only directly in a very limited context:

Join Apple Music on Android - Apple Support

Use Apple Music with your Android devices - Apple Support

Use Family Sharing with Apple Music on Android - Apple Support

However, remember you can use any web browser to access iCloud via icloud.com and use whatever features are available there such as Mail, Photos, etc.

Hello again Razorback. You'll see that when it comes to details others are reinforcing what I said in my earlier post. Since you are able to post in this forum you must already have an Apple ID and with it you can log into iCloud on a web browser on your Android. From there you can use the various apps Apple makes available. Again, as for apps you can run directly on the Android, that's limited to Apple Music. There appears to even be a limited version of Family Sharing that you can set up (see the links I provided earlier).

Anyone with access to an email service can create an AppleID. You do not need to own any Apple products to actually make an AppleID. You simply need a working email account and a web browser to make one.

An Android device cannot use an AppleID for much of anything other than to access https://www.iCloud.com to use the web browser versions of iCloud apps.
