New Mac user
On start up I’m getting a message that says,
There is no application set to open the url ksec:// openFromLoginitem.
this started appearing after I did the last update.
any help would be appreciated..

1 - When the computer was shutdown, were there any applications still Open ?
2 - Same when shutting down was the check mark in below image ticked ?
3 - What is appearing in the " Login Items " as per below image

Commercial VPNs are generally not really needed for daily usages and tend to Harvest the user data for their purposes.
Perhaps if one is connecting to the Corporate ( HQ ) for off site working or a University or Investments / Banking but otherwise I personally say clear of Commercial VPNs

You pointed me in the right direction, it turned out to be the VPN I use.
