Terms and conditions

I received a message to accept the terms and conditions on my iPhone for iCloud but it was in French, it should be in English, what can I do to correct this? I have no access to my settings as these terms and conditions block it!!

Can’t accept new terms and conditions on my iphone 14 since I have bought this iPhone 14 I can’t accept the new terms and conditions. I have Internet and I guess I don’t have any problems ab that but I don’t get the issue. Whenever I try to accept the new terms and conditions my screen turns into this and this issue can’t be fixed until i close off the settings. please elaborate. merci.
