how do I access the special characters palette menu on macOSMonterrey

cannot find the character palette menu on my iMac. ( macOSMonterrey).

iMac 21.5″ 4K, macOS 12.6

Accent color matches text color in Finder so I cannot rename files When trying to rename a file in Finder, the text color changes to the set accent color so you cannot see the text but it's still there. I have tried changing the accent color but the issue remains. Yes I can simply save the file as a different name but this is annoying :) MacBook Air Ventura 13.4.1

The keyboard shortcut to show hidden files is not working in macOS 12 and 13 I am using a Turkish Q keyboard. Starting from macOS Monterey, the keyboard shortcut cmd + shift + . which shows/hides hidden files is not working. It was working when I was using Big Sur. I waited for updates to fix it but it didn't work. Can we somehow communicate this issue to Apple officials? Thank you.

The Kana palette is part of the Japanese input system and is separate from the Character Viewer.

I got the emoji and the character viewer page but it does not give me back the small kana alphabet that I need on my desktop. I use it almost daily and I am stuck without it.
