apple music app on macbook not working

Hi im wondering why my apple music app is not working on my macbook and there is no way i can fix it on the app. i cant play any music as it says that my apple music app is set on a country different from my apple id's region. please help thank you

Did you recently change the region of your Apple ID?

If not, are you currently in the same region as your Apple ID?

Another thing you can check is the region of your Mac currently: Change Language & Region settings on Mac – Apple Support
