How to update my iPhone?

It looks like you‘re iPhone can be updated to iOS 12 if you haven’t already updated.

To update you iPhone follow these steps. Settings->General->Software Update then there should be a prompt on screen to update to the latest IOS you‘re device supports.

If you‘d like to update anywhere further than IOS 12 you‘ll need to upgrade you device. You can upgrade you device via Apple.com or a carrier such as Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, or T-Mobile. If you upgrade through the Apple website you can recycle you‘re old iPhone by giving it to Apple.

Your old phone cannot be updated any farther than iOS 12. It lacks the components to run newer software. this forum does not allow selfies. I shall ask the moderators to remove yours.
