I clicked on a link and they are trying to hack my phone

I understand your security concern. As was stated earlier, if you didn't submit any information then you probably don't have anything to be concerned about. At most the people who sent it may know that somebody clicked on the link, but you didn't really reveal anything that should be a security issue.
