Auto-lock never?

I think the apple update got rid of the auto lock-never option. Is there another way I can get my phone/iPad to never sleep? Actually v frustrated I’m a tattoo artist and can’t be touching my screens w bloody inked up gloves every 5 mins

How do I unlock my iPhone after iOS 18.5 update when screen won't wake up? I installed the iOS 18.5 update on 5/16/25. Since then, each time my phone dims during the always on timeframe, I can’t unlock my phone. I’m a quad amputee so I rely on using my touchscreen rather than using the side buttons. The touchscreen doesn’t wake the phone up in order to enter my password. Fortunately, I have someone in the home that can use those side buttons to wake the phone however, I need a solution to fix this problem. I do have the accessibility features set up on the phone, but I can’t find one that will allow me to unlock the phone or wake it up. Is there a solution that will work for me? Auto-lock is grayed out & Low Power mode is NOT enabled I’m tired of my I-pad going to sleep so quickly. How do I change the settings to keep I awake ? My Low Power mode is NOT enabled and yet the auto-lock is grayed out and stuck at 2 minutes.

My phone on the latest version of iOS 16 still has Never as an autolock option.

If you have a business or school email account on your phone the administrator of that account can disable Never.
