I have an iPad Pro, and I still cannot update to iOS 16 even though it is now December. Why is it taking so long and when will I be able to update?

Check for and remove the beta profile as indicated in the Apple link in my previous reply.
That October deadline was regarding iPhones.
My current iOS is 15.7.1 and it is set to automatically update
