Wear and tear
If I wanted to trade in my phone would I still be able to if it has tiny scratches on the lenses and a small scratch on the corner of my phone?(iPhone 13)

Only Apple can give you a definitive answer (these are user-to-user forums). But as long as it is fully functional, it should still have some trade in value. That value will be reduced with cosmetic damage though.
All you can do is contact Apple to find out.
