Can’t access Upgraded Paramount Plus subscription

I upgraded my subscription from premium monthly to premium + showtime yearly using my iPhone. However I still can’t access the showtime content as paramount plus still thinks I have subscribed to premium monthly without showtime. Anyone know how I can either fix this, or whom I should contact to get this fixed?

If you subscribed through the AppleTV app, using the special offer from Apple you will have to access the showtime content through your channels in AppleTV, not inside the paramount plus app.
