deactivate apple account. the customers service department and apple care either cant or womt assist me in recovering my apple ID. it’s been eight months in between myself and my hacker changing my user name and password so many times I have been locked out and completely have no access they are treating me as the guilty person so I would rather just close the account after 15 years what do I do
