Pictures don’t deliver to non iPhone users

My iPhone does not deliver to non iPhone users when I send pictures. Does anybody does anybody know how to fix it?

iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 16

If you see an alert when you send a message, or if you can’t send or receive messages, learn what to do: If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support.
