Purchased new iPhone 14 ProMax and cannot get verification text codes from anyone at all.

Thanks for replying. Perhaps I'm missing a step here. I'm signed in to my Apple ID. That's not the issue. The issue is I cannot receive a verification text from ANYONE, be it credit card app, insurance app, etc. None of the 2-step authorization verification text codes come through to me from anyone at all.
I am having the same exact issue. It is very frustrating. I would love a resolve to this
