Severe battery drain while sleeping

Hi. I'm using the 16" MacBook Pro (Intel). Recently the battery drain while sleeping is getting pretty bad and the machine also gets hot in my backpack. I mostly keep some browers tab and Word documents but after 1 hours of sleep my batterry completly dead and the computer hot. I turn off "Wake for network access" and "Power Nap"
