Issues with server failure and VPN

Since recently updating my iPhone 12 to 16.1.2 I keep getting popups all day that say my Network is Suspicious and to turn on VPN. It says "VPN connection error" VPN is having trouble connecting to the Network " Then another pop up that says "Your connection has failed Please try again. I do have Norton 360 VPN which is still automatically turning on when needed. But I noticed that there is a second

"Personal VPN " below that that still says Norton

360 but it says the "Type" is IKEV2 then it says it's from us.surfeasy.mobile. I don't even know where this came from. Is this what is causing my constant popups that my network is suspicious and do I delete it? Im not tech savvy so I donā€™t know how to resolve this issue. My husband isnā€™t having any issues on his iPhone about our network being suspicious. Iā€™m attaching screen shots . Thanks so much!

Iā€™m attaching screenshots of the VPN setting page

Greetings luvpatch,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. If this trouble began after updating the iOS, we suggest updating the VPN app to help with this. The steps to do so are found in the Apple Support article: How to manually update apps on your Apple device - Apple Support

How to manually update apps on your iPhone or iPad
1.Open the App Store.
2.Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
3.Scroll to see pending updates and release notes. Tap Update next to an app to update only that app, or tap Update All.

If updating dos not help, or if the app is already up-to-date, the next step will be to contact the app developer for further assistance:

How to contact an app developer - Apple Support

We hope this helps you.

Have a great day!
