Samsung/hp since they purchased the samsung printer department don't seem to offer support for that printer for newer macOS than macOS High Sierra (10.13)

The workaround described by Matti Haveri in the discussion (about another model) is intended to avoid a problem with a downloaded package not opening/installing under the latest operating system versions.
