Part of screen skipped over by Apple Pen on iPad Pro 11-Inch

Hi there, I've started to notice a problem while using the Apple Pen with my iPad Pro 11-inch. Lately, it skips over the same part of the screen on different writing/drawing apps as attached below:

Here are some things I've tried from online sources:

1) Removing the screen protector

2) Cleaning the screen

3) Changing Apple Pen tip

4) Cleaning the Apple Pen tip

5) Turning off Accessibility > Zoom

Is there any way to get it back to normal?

While perhaps unlikely to resolve the issue, try a forced-restart of your iPad - as this will usually clear an isolated software issue:

Force restart iPad (models with Face ID or with Touch ID in the top button)

If your iPad doesn’t have the Home button, do the following:

  1. Press and quickly release the volume button nearest to the top button.
  2. Press and quickly release the volume button farthest from the top button.
  3. Press and hold the top button.
  4. When the Apple logo appears, release the top button.

Force restart iPad (models with the Home button)

Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.

If the forced-restart does not clear the problem, you very likely have a screen hardware issue that can only be resolved through repair/service of the iPad. You might be best advised to visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) where you will be able to demonstrate the issue - and the technicians will be able to test and assess your iPad. If repair is required, you’ll be in the best possible place to explore your available options:
