myQ Garage Door Opener on Apple Watch stops working

Hi, I loaded myQ app to my Apple Watch and it works a few times and stops. I will open it up and it just sits on "Loading Devices...". Simple enough, 'once' I get to my phone, I uninstall from my watch and reload it then it will work for a few more times and does the same thing. It's annoying since I don't take my phone with me on runs since I have my Apple Watch (w/cell). Also, even closing it on the watch it seems to still be running ('loading devices') in the background and drains the battery (not that the Apple Watch has a great battery life anyway). Anyone have a solution other than unloading and reloading the app on the watch? Thanks!
