How to copy large video files from iphone to pc

I shoot 25-30 minute video segments on my iphone but have the hardest time getting them out of the phone and over to my PC. Transfer by USB would be the fastest and the simplest... But it seems iphone is limited to transferring 15 min or less video files that way.

I use a 3rd party app (Simple Transfer) that works... but its a pain... and slow. There is a question/comments about this from 12 years ago. I am wondering if there is an update to answers? Or is this just Apple making life harder than it has to be because I am not totally Apple in my computing?

That is a problem that I have seen with Windows 10. Using the Photos program on Windows 10, I find that some longer video just will not transfer. Or, if you are attempting to transfer more that one, you have to remove the checkmarks on all and just try one at a time. I'm not aware of any other way to do it. I think that is more a Microsoft thing than Apples.
