Memory Leak on Ventura

Is anyone experiencing memory leaks with Ventura? I am running 13.0.1 and will occasionally get the dreaded App Memory full error (previously would get this in Monterey), giving me only seconds before my whole system locks and I have to do a hard reboot of the computer. I have 40GB of RAM installed on a 2020 iMac 27" Intel i7 (AMD Radeon Pro 5500 XT 8 GB). I'm nor running anything more intensive than I normally do, C4D, Safari, Outlook, Teams. All work fine together on a less robust intel MBP from 2019 doing the same task of rendering. It seems to happen the most with rendering in C4D. I have read on other forums (Reddit, MacRumors) that many people have been running into this issue since Monterey for even simpler tasks like running Safari and Finder. Anything else in Finder or macOS that could be a memory suck or causing this issue?
