Can I update from Catalina to Big Sur on my MacPro 13 laptop?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

Reply to requirements to update from Catalina to Big Sur helpful but without purchasing an Office 365 or Office Suite 2016 and installing Outlook, it looks like I will not be able to export a .pst file from my PC laptop to my MacPro 13 (Mid-2012), right???
