iPhone 13 Pro max how do I delete old calendar suggestions

When I start to type in something in my calendar, I suggest things from 5+ years ago no longer relevant. How do I delete this?

Yes, it’s so annoying is there a way to delete the calendar and erase everything and start over again so can I uninstall, then reinstall to erase everything? How would I reinstall? Where do I get the program also?

Removing Calendar Suggestions:

Relevant or not, it is going to show up --all based on your methods of searching. So, are these all these still existent on your calendar?
